Learn to canoe/kayak with Taunton Canoe Club

£125

Learn to kayak/canoe with Taunton Canoe Club and join the club’s growing Tuesday evening – adult paddling group

The cost is £125 for:

6 lessons (including two pool sessions) to teach the skills needed for the following personal performance award by British Canoeing.
and a year’s membership of the club.

The Paddle Discover Award develops decision making and practical skills for a fun and safe time on the water, taking the individual on the next steps towards becoming a proficient and independent paddler (£6 for the certificate).

Thursday 12th June 2025 – Meet 7.45pm at the club for a session 8.30 to 9.30pm in Taunton Pool
Tuesday 17th June 2025 – Meet 6.15pm to 7.45pm at the clubhouse on Priory Bridge Road next to the River Tone
Tuesday 24th June 2025 – Meet 6.15pm to 7.45pm at the clubhouse on Priory Bridge Road next to the River Tone
Thursday 26th June 2025 – Meet 7.45pm at the club for a session 8.30 to 9.30pm in Taunton Pool
Tuesday 1st July 2025 – Meet 6.15pm to 7.45pm at the clubhouse on Priory Bridge Road next to the River Tone
Tuesday 8th July 2025 – Meet 6.15pm to 7.45pm for a river trip. Details TBC
