🤩I am pleased to announce my fourth Healing Sanctuary of Bliss event for 2025!
🤩 Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra guided nourishing deep relaxation Friday 2nd May 7-9pm Cheddon Fitzpaine memorial Hall
🌿💜🌿 Restorative yoga is a gentle and relaxing style of yoga designed to help the body and mind rest, restore and rejuvenate. We will use bolsters ( I supply ) to help YOU fully release into each posture. The focus is on passive stretching and holding poses for extended periods. Think of it as a truly nurturing yoga.
🌿💜🌿 I will then take you on a yoga nidra guided deep relaxation , this is the perfect antidote for the craziness of life and will bring you into a state of balance and equilibrium.
🌿💜🌿 Blissful essential oils massaged onto your temples
🌿💜🌿 You will receive an individual sound bath with the C and G tuning forks. Playing these 2 forks together which is calming and balancing for the whole body. It is good for health challenges associated with stress. We finish with aqua wind chimes.
🌿💜🌿 Time to contemplate and reflect afterwards with a sleepy herbal tea and Oracle cards.
